    We’ll start with an in-home consultation where you’ll share your dream environment. We’ll work to provide a solution and develop a financial path that fits your needs, timeline, and project budget.

  2. Prepare

    You’ll work with our designers to select your products, finalize materials and complete your vision. We’ll then authorize drawings, obtain work permits, and build-out your project schedule.

  3. Build

    Our dedicated coordination team will ensure there is constant communication throughout the construction process and we’ll perform a quality inspection at the completion of each phase.

  4. Live

    The construction journey is never simple but, in the end, it’s always worth it. With the build process complete, it’s time for you to enjoy the custom outdoor space we’ve crafted together.

We live all over the northside of San Antonio and feel a great sense of responsibility to better the areas we all call home. Let’s get started today!

We understand you’re ready to find out what our outdoor living spaces cost. If we were in your shoes, we would be too! We have enough experience to provide a proposal at the initial visit in almost every case. For the rare case where that isn’t possible, we’ll notify you of the plan moving forward so that you’re fully aware of our process. While crafting a proposal can prove challenging, we’ve worked hard over the last decade to create relationships that allow us to be confident in our estimates all over the area: San Antonio proper, Spring Branch, Comfort or Canyon Lake.

Because our projects range from $10,000 patios to $1,000,000 commercial projects, it’s difficult to provide an exact estimate without first seeing the space. Once we do, we’re better able to provide an estimated timeline. We say estimate because there are simply too many variables to provide something more exact. Whether it’s general construction delays or weather, an HOA process in Terrel Hills, or obtaining a permit inside of the city limits of San Antonio, there are a plethora of items that can change the timeline for our project. Even still, we’ll communicate with you throughout the project and work diligently to complete your project as expeditiously as possible.

Yes, of course. We’ll provide our general workmanship warranty to the entire greater San Antonio area, but we’ll also take it a step further. We have maintenance technicians and field supervisors all over the community who help service our clients daily.
